Description
Leonard Randolph, Literature Program Director of the National Endowment for the Arts, answers Maurice Connell regarding the possibility of having the Poetry-in-the-Schools Program in Hollywood, Florida. Edmund Skellings was friends with Connell, who was the federal aid coordinator in Hollywood. Skellings later brought the program to South Florida when he directed the International Institute for Creative Communication at Florida International University.
