Invitation to present at a regional microcomputer conference entitled Microcomputers in Business and Education. Edmund Skellings did not accept this offer from David Rine, Conference Organizer, and Computer Science Professor at Western Illinois University. Rine had arranged for Skellings to present the ballroom address at the first National Educational Computer Conference in 1979.
