Description

C. Todd Strohnenger, Appalachia Educational Laboratory, Principal Investigator for Technology, Basic Skills Program, writes to Edmund Skellings about using his Electric Poet software in a pilot project for the purpose of, "investigating the viability of microcomputers for remediation for basic skills deficiencies in the secondary schools in rural Appalachia." Skellings issues him licenses and Strohnenger distributes the software program to participants of the pilot project who express their experiences with the program.
