Lecture notes on Edmund Skellings' presentation of the initial introduction to computers to the District Offices in South Florida. Skellings arranged to teach District Office staff in the University Tower in Fort Lauderdale. Tallahassee staff were trained at Florida State University. Contains handwritten notes by Diane Newman and printed notes by Edmund Skellings.
